For the 8th year in a row ~ we will be teaching “All About Honeybees” class to middle schoolers at All Saints Catholic School in Antigo. This is a 6 week elective class. Students learn about honeybee biology, parts of the hive, inner-workings of the hive. In this class they have the opportunity to come to the Apiary and dive into the hive to see the bees at work. The class also offers the opportunity to extract Honey and make a take home project with beeswax.
